Welcome to Jugal and Company. By accessing our platform or engaging in our wholesale tea services, you agree to the following terms. We operate as a premier tea wholesaler from Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, and these terms outline the framework of our business conduct with our partners.

Jugal and Company provides premium Assam tea distribution. Our services include bulk supply of CTC tea, specialized blends like Jugal Gold, and aromatic spiced tea varieties for retail and commercial use.

Tea prices are subject to auction trends and market fluctuations. While we strive for price stability, the final wholesale rate is locked only at the point of proforma invoice generation or order confirmation.

We guarantee the authenticity and grade of our tea leaves. However, Jugal and Company is not liable for business losses arising from market changes or improper storage of tea once it has been delivered to the client's premises.

For wholesale procurement, payments must be cleared via bank transfer to our verified ICICI Bank account. We operate on a standardized credit/advance policy which is discussed individually with our retail partners.

We ensure robust moisture-proof packaging for all shipments. While we maintain a 98% on-time delivery rate, we are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen natural circumstances.

All trade agreements and disputes are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
